The Monitoring System that analyzes the job market of the future The Excelsior Information System is a project promoted by Unioncamere in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and the European Union. Created since 1997, it aims to monitor employment prospects and the professional, training and skills needs expressed by Italian companies.
